Primarily interfacing with the facilities and limited discussions with the user group, collaboration was achieved though both brainstorming and value engineering of choices, maximizing spatial requirements within the confines of a fixed concrete structure.

Result

The transformation into a user friendly corporate office type with an industrial chic appeal has helped the users feel like the facility is a home away from home.
