The new headquarters provides a place for employees who previously worked remotely to come together in an innovative work environment. Renovating a historic bank facilitated a connection between this pharmaceutical start up and their New Haven roots.

Driven by a sincere commitment to understand our clients’ needs, we worked closely with Biohaven to help make their vision a reality. Our hands-on process with their CEO helped us to understand how they operate as a company, and how their space could reflect their brand.

Art Integration

Branding the space was an essential part of the design. The color palette, signage, repeated motifs and patterns, reflect the identity of the company.

Result

The new headquarters provides a forward-thinking work model- desk sharing, sit to stand workstations and flexible meeting space- which increases employee engagement.
