Drawn to Svigals + Partners by our dedication to incorporating ornament and arts into building design, Melody is now a valued member of the design and production team. While she primarily works on conceptual design and the production of construction sets, Melody enjoys being involved in all project phases, gaining a holistic view of the process from start to finish. She leverages her soft skills to enhance team collaboration and client interactions, ensuring smooth coordination and effective communication throughout each project.

Melody holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Hartford and is a LEED Green Associate. She received a USGBC Student Award of Honor for a sustainable emergency housing concept, being recognized among the top 25 in an international competition. Melody passionately advocates for sustainable solutions and particularly enjoys exploring adaptive reuse to create modern, sustainable designs.

Hailing from the Finger Lakes region of NY, Melody has always been captivated by the creativity and precision of architecture. Her journey in architecture feels destined; from sketching houses at a young age to immersing herself in The Sims, her love for design has only grown.
