Svigals + Partners has a new home in south Florida. We are now located at One Financial Plaza in the heart of downtown Fort Lauderdale. Our new location puts us within walking distance to the famed Las Olas Boulevard, and we look forward to growing with this wonderful city.

The Florida office is led by Director Arturo Arroyo, AIA. Arturo has been a part of the Svigals + Partners team for over five yeras. His project experience includes Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Community Mental Health Affiliates, Inc., and The Knights of Columbus Museum. His collaborative work approach and expertise in the corporate interiors, higher-ed, mixed-use/residential and healthcare sectors set him apart as an invaluable resource for our clients. Currently serving as co-chair of the Connecticut Chapter's AIA Emerging Professional Committee, Arturo is both eager and excited to get involved at the local level in his new community.
